I recently watched Katt Williams' "Pimpin' Pimpin" and he said, "You Have To Stay In Tune With Your Star Player" and who is that you might ask?That would be the person you see when you look into the mirror.I have been told MANY MANY MANY times but, I failed to listen.But, I am doing me....[Should have been doing that a long time ago.] But I still somehow managed to change things about me to suit society. My father told me, "Regardless of what you do, there will always be someone that hates on you. They are just haters, But You have to overlook that and do what you have to do. There will be people that tell you not to do this or that change this or that. but, you do what you have to do to get where you are going because the point that I am getting to is that You are not doing this for no one except yourself, babygirl. What they say, Just tune it out and keep trucking. You might not get there today, or tomorrow... But you will get there."I thought I was going to cry on the phone. But, It is a mere realization that he was right... and other than that I know what I have to do. I am slowly but surely getting on the right path to where I need to be going.
